Setting Up Custom Splash Screens

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Prepare your splash image (PNG/JPG) or video (MP4) with your branding
  2. 2Include your channel name, social handles, and a 'Be Right Back' message
  3. 3Upload via the desktop app Settings or PUT /splash API endpoint
  4. 4The splash loops continuously when the buffer empties
  5. 5Test it by briefly disconnecting during a private stream
  6. 6Custom splash is available on Pro and Enterprise plans
