Buffer Not Filling

Your buffer stays at 0% even though OBS is streaming. Here's how to fix it.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Verify OBS is set to stream to rtmp://localhost (not directly to YouTube/Twitch)
  2. 2Check that Stream Guard desktop client is running and logged in
  3. 3Ensure your RTMP port matches (default: 1935)
  4. 4Check the Stream Guard logs for connection errors
  5. 5Try restarting both OBS and Stream Guard
  6. 6Run diagnostics at localhost:9998/api/diagnose
